The challenge
A manufacturing business with sales and production operations in different countries needed to support complex manufacturing and order fulfilment processes.
Our approach
Within Entersoft ERP, we managed bills of materials up to seven levels deep, paying particular attention to dependencies between manufactured items and assemblies, and to costing. We developed Android scanner applications that communicated with the database for picking and warehouse tasks, supporting loading across multiple bays.
